Monthly clothes fairs raise money for charity

Vintage wares on sale at the 'In Aid of Vintage' charity fair

Cardiff shoppers were treated to vintage fashions at the weekend when a charity fair was held at the Woodville Pub in Cathays.

The ‘In Aid of Vintage’ fair, which occurs every month, raises money for a different charity each time.  This is something that is very important to the organisers, Rose Tinted Vintage, since they have both worked with different charities in the past.

Rose Tinted Vintage often chooses local organisations that may not always be known about.  They say: “We often pick charities that mean something to us.”

The fair was created to combine the organisers’ two passions, fashion and charity work, and sells an array of items, including vintage clothing, shoes, bags and crockery.
