Look good, feel good with cabaret

You don’t have to be a big spender to get fit and have a good time.

Cabaret classes are a fun and alternative way of getting into shape, boosting your confidence and generally having a great time. Whether you dream of becoming an international burlesque star or just want a new hobby, there’s something in it for everyone.

At Cardiff Cabaret Club, there’s a real emphasis on community. “I think exercising in a group with other like-minded people lifts the spirit,” says instructor Stephanie Gawne, who is also a burlesque performer herself (Foo Foo LaBelle), “I think it’s a lovely way of meeting people.”

After just six weeks, Cardiff Cabaret Club has its members performance ready for a show. Inexperienced? You won’t be by the end.
