By putting an electronic spin on orchestral classics as well as adding a visual dimension, the team behind UnButtoned has opened up the classical music genre to a whole new audience.

Taking influence from club culture and festivals as well as classical concerts, Sinfonia Cymru member Matt Green says the performance, “Shakes up people’s preconceptions or expectations of what an orchestra is and can be.”

It is a unique experience, Green explains, “The show is constantly evolving and has already changed massively in terms of stage setup and musical interplay…people can expect a new experience every time they come.”
