The Five and the Prophecy of Prana, a dance infusion of hip-hop and Japanese martial arts is showcasing at Cardiff’s Sherman Cymru Theatre on 14 and 15  November 2014 as part of a UK tour.

The show portrays an exciting and explosive theatrical production of the ancient story of The Five.

Three monks from the world famous Shaolin Temple Warrior Monk School collaborated with the artistic directors to create this production that infuses two somewhat complimentary cultures.

Kenrick ‘H20’ Sandy, the artistic director and choreographer said, “Shaolin is a way of life – what they eat, what they wear, the way they carry themselves. It shows in their respectfulness and in their humour and that philosophy comes through in the show.”
