For the first time ever, the official production of hit musical Dirty Dancing comes to Cardiff.

Inspired by the 1987 cult film of the same name, a stellar cast brings you the classic show, and features all the sing along songs that you know and love.

Conrad Lynch, Artistic Director at the Wales Millennium Centre said, “Dirty Dancing is an dazzling and iconic show that continues to thrill audiences around the country and we’re extremely pleased that it’s coming to The Centre this November.”

The show is already so popular that the Millennium Centre has had to add an extra matinee performance, continuing its box office breaking reputation.

Dirty Dancing is showing until 1December, and tickets cost between £20 and £49

A bit about the cast:

Jill Winternitz trained at RADA, and has starred in Hamlet as Ophelia, and the Prioress in The Canterbury Tales on the QE2.

Paul-Michael Jones trained at Laine Theatre Arts, and has played Eddie in Mamma Mia at the Prince of Wales, and performed the roles of Jake and Adrian on the UK tour of Never Forget.

Nicky Griffiths plays Penny in Dirty Dancing, but in the past played Lisa in Mamma Mia! as well as being an understudy for Amber Von-Tussle in Hairspray at the Shaftesbury, Wicked at the Apollo Victoria Theatre, and UK tour of Grease.

And not to forget the rest of the cast: Lizzie Stavrou, Tara Verloop, Kate-Emma Portlock, Rosa O’Reilly, Lewis Davies, Callum Nicol, Adam Philpott, Will Tyler, Jenny Wickham, Rebecca Hodge, Vanessa Campbell, Faisal Khodabukus, Philip Marriott, Ben Harris and Jonathan Cordin.
