fresh magazine’s Cardiff launch

A recent survey discovered that nearly 1600 people go to Riverside Market every week

A magazine exploring Cardiff’s food markets will celebrate its launch this week.

fresh magazine will focus on the food and drink markets around the Welsh capital. It offers readers: interviews with local producers and vendors; ideas on what to buy; enticing recipes; a map of nearby markets and a forum for communities at markets to come together.

People running markets form a welcoming community with their customers. Customers care about their food and their local area. So does fresh

Gary Pearsey, vendor at Cardiff Market, says, “It’s nice to know that (fresh) is taking an interest in Cardiff markets.”

fresh wants to be a friend: passing on discoveries and recommendations and capturing the sights, the smells and colour of Cardiff’s markets.
