Mexican pop-up returns to Cardiff

Messy Mexican Cantina aims to bring a new taste experience to Cardiff, with a second pop-up event at Mischiefs Bar.  The pop-up event features bespoke chilli sauces from Welsh chilli growers, Chilli of The Valley, in Merthyr Tydfil. The sauces will allow spice lovers to add some extra heat at chilli stations around the bar.

One of the brains behind Messy Mexican, Andy Gorman was influenced by his travels in Mexico and the layering of a diversity of flavours. Messy Mexican makes it their mission to present completely authentic ingredients using fresh and local produce.

The pop-up concept is a growing trend. Andy attributes this to “people being tired of mundane national companies mass producing everything, Messy Mexican is here to impress and present fresh, authentic food.”
