Tapas bar is coming to Penarth

Cowbridge Brothers bring their authentic tapas bar to Penarth town

Tapas lovers in Penarth will be eating some of the only authentic tapas in South Wales when Bar 44 opens its doors before Christmas, explains its owners.

Bar 44 in Cowbridge which is owned by brother’s Tom and Owen Morgan recently celebrated its 10th Birthday and has been named one of the best restaurants in Wales by The Good Food Guide for 2 years running.

The brothers stated that is is difficult for an independent business to open in a good location, so they are “over the moon” to be located on Windsor Road in Penarth’s town centre.

“We are really looking forward to bringing our tapas bar to Penarth and hope the residents will enjoy the authentic taste of Spain in their home town.”
