A journey to wellbeing

On the first Thursday of every month, Cardiff’s Insole Court hosts a workshop promoting an alternative means of wellbeing – a shamanic drumming and journey circle.

Sarah Howcroft has more than ten years’ experience of teaching shamanic practices. At the journey circle, participants will journey with the drum to meet their animal and spirit guides. By connecting with the spirit world, she says, you can become more empowered in your life in the everyday world.

Meeting your own guides can also be very freeing. Sarah comments, “connecting to the spirit world is a practice our ancestors used for their wellbeing, and it helps you become more in touch with your own truth and guidance.”

Sarah’s next journey circle takes place on 7 November from 7-9pm.
