Billions of Blistering Blue Barnacles!
The world’s favourite journalist came to life as Steven Spielberg’s adaption of the octogenarian Tintin Comic Series by Hergé with 3D and performance capture techniques hit the screens this October.
The Adventures of Tintin which took all of 30 years of Spielberg’s time, is facing the wrath of purist fans who thought it should have been pure animation. Overall, the movie has received a mixed review.
Many die-hard fans, however, are loving it. Tony Stark, a member of the Tintin Fan Club says “Tintin has been with me throughout my childhood, and the latest movie has just defined everything that made me what I am today”. About the movie, he adds, “It is a great way to introduce a new generation to the franchise.”
