Travel to rural Wales with 50 international journalists

Postgraduate students and faculty of Cardiff University’s international journalism programme took to Gregynog in the Welsh countryside in early November.

For two days they engaged in a focused retreat to propose dissertations. Inevitably, they rallied together as a group of more than fifty individuals from all over the world in a scenic place far from any city.
The full cast of characters stayed in a Victorian-style mansion planted amidst serene fields and forests. Though wifi and service was all but existent, they managed to shared their experience on social media throughout the process.
