A dance club in Cardiff will start offering disability dance classes starting in November.
The classes, held by DanceFit Cardiff, will be open to both adults and children on Mondays and Wednesdays at Ysgol Bro Edern.
Attendees will have the opportunity to be taught the classes through either the medium of Welsh or English.
DanceFit Cardiff offer a multitude of dance and fitness classes and they aim to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all who choose to attend.
Holly Parker, programme director at DanceFit Cardiff said, “We’re hoping that the classes will offer the opportunity for individuals with all disabilities to engage with others through fun and informal dance sessions.”
