Potential customers will get the chance to embark on a first of its kind trip in Wales this year, as a new business offering exciting road trips gets underway.

Welsh Road Trips offers special, one-off trips around Mid Wales, incorporating driving, cycling and walking trips out of its three locations.

The business is jointly run by local B&Bs, the Lasswade Country House in Llanwrtyd Wells, The Old Vicarage, Dolfor, and Westview Guesthouse near Hay-on-Wye.

Ian Foster, one of the managing directors, says that Welsh Road Trips’s aim is to offer holidays tailored to the individual, with a focus on promoting green issues and sustainability.

He says, “We offer good quality bed and breakfast accommodation with a personal touch.”
