Just one year in the business and Got Beef Gourmet Burgers & Catering is already getting a lot of well-deserved attention.<\/p>\n

Inspired by street vendors in Thailand and food trucks in America, local chef, Cai Pritchard, decided to start his own cost-effective business; selling quality burgers made from Welsh beef out of a converted bus.\u00a0Cai feels that \u201cIt’s about time we put Cardiff on the street food map and show the rest of the world what we can do.”\u00a0<\/p>\n
