Enter British Military Fitness (BMF), the outdoor fitness routine derived from military style training camps.<\/p>\n<p>Classes are organised by bib colour; blue for the exercise-shy, red for intermediate fitness and green &#8211; not for the faint hearted. Having classes organised by ability allows everyone the chance to take part, says Cardiff&#8217;s BMF park manager Nathan Gibbons.\u00a0Military trained Gibbons explains that exercising outdoors with a group motivates people more, \u201cThe classes focus on variety and teamwork to help participants reach their goals\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"MBF website\" href=\"http:\/\/www.britmilfit.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">BMF<\/a> currently run free taster sessions in Cardiff.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After a summer of Olympic action, and a recent insurgence of fitness fanatics taking over\u00a0gyms, roads and bicycle lanes, it was only a matter of time before fitness classes themselves stepped up to the mark.
