Stemming from the concept of a treehouse, Arboreal offers a range of wood-roasted dishes, with all ingredients locally-sourced and prepared in an open kitchen where customers can see the rustic menu take shape.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe wanted to do something related to trees, so we started linking the tree with burning ovens,\u201d says manager Samantha Saidi.<\/p>\n
\u201cIf you think of the concept of a wood-burning oven, you tend to just think of pizza. We\u2019re trying to move people away from that ideology.\u201d<\/p>\n
