Asian cooking is a popular choice in restaurants throughout the country, but are these complex flavours as easy to create in our kitchens at home? One chef certainly thinks so.<\/p>\n

This month, celebrity chef Norman Musa takes to the road as part of his Malaysian Kitchen on Tour<\/em>, which is set to arrive at Mansion House on the October 30.<\/p>\n

Head chef at Manchester\u2019s popular Ning restaurant, Norman has decided to share his skills with audiences across the UK.<\/p>\n

The class at Mansion House is the last of four sessions led by the chef, which are designed to raise the profile and demonstrate the simplicity of Malaysian cooking.<\/p>\n
