Halloween doesn\u2019t have to be scary. Anyone who isn\u2019t a fan of trick or treating might be interested to learn of an up-and-coming new comedy night at Cardiff venue The Yard, which could just mean a welcome break from tradition this 31 October.<\/p>\n

Carnival Comedy is a night of professional stand-up comedy, performed for a small audience in an intimate setting. The evening will consist of three quality acts from award-winning comedians, including the recent winner of TV channel Dave\u2019s \u2018Funniest Joke of the Fringe\u2019, the explosive Nick Helm.<\/p>\n

Robin Morgan, the organiser and compere of the show, placed an emphasis on the quality of the comedy on offer. He said, “I\u2019m aiming high with the standard, which I think is what makes the night successful.”<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
