Steffan Jones, a freegan for three years, gets 95 per cent of his food supplies from Cardiff\u2019s supermarket bins.<\/p>\n<p>He said, \u201cfreegans can live really well, you can find pretty much anything in the right places at the right times and because of the weather [in Wales] the food keeps really well.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Among Steffan\u2019s best finds are a box of Linda McCartney burgers and for breakfast, a tropical fruit salad and a sultana bagel.
