T\u0177 Hafan is to launch the UK\u2019s first bubble football tournament to raise money for the children\u2019s hospice.<\/p>\n

A mixture of zorbing and five-a-side football, the game sees players donning large inflatable bubbles and bouncing off each other whilst attempting to play a match. Originally the creation of Norwegian TV hosts Henrik Elvestad and Johan Golden, the sport has since spread through much of Europe.<\/p>\n

Sali Thomas, Acting Head of Events Fundraising at T\u0177 Hafan, told Alt.Cardiff that the charity hopes to raise between \u00a310,000 and \u00a315,000 from the event. \u201cWe thought it looked like great fun and that our supporters would love it,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n
