Life model poses for artists at 10 Feet Tall, Cardiff<\/p><\/div>\n

Cardiff Life Model Collective<\/a> mixes nudes with politics in a bid to increase the wage rates for its models.<\/p>\n

The group, which holds weekly life drawing classes in Cardiff, wants \u00a315 per hour for the nature of the work and hours that its members put in.<\/p>\n

Local life model Abigail Claydon, 21, said, \u201cI find it liberating but it\u2019s very hard, even the foetal position is uncomfortable when you\u2019ve been in it for 20 minutes on a hard floor.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, the group has struggled to get universities and the local council on board. They are planning a series of demonstrations in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n
