The van, which they named <em>El Boquer\u00f3n<\/em> after the silver anchovy, was selling authentic Spanish tapas in Cardiff city centre until last Sunday.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bar 44 brought their van to the city centre, because they thought it lacked any high quality tapas, despite the recent boom in Spanish cuisine. They also wanted to stimulate Wales\u2019s street food scene, which they believe is lagging behind other UK cities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe reception was amazing,\u201d co-owner, Tom Morgan said. \u201cMost importantly everyone loved the food and the concept.
