Credit Jani Latvala<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The campaign <a title=\"How to get involved with the campaign\" href=\"http:\/\/www.stonewall.org.uk\/at_school\/education_for_all\/quick_links\/9291.asp\" target=\"_blank\">Gay, let\u2019s get over it,<\/a> aims to challenge the use of the word &#8220;gay&#8221; as a derogatory slang term in schools and the workplace.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[youtube]http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-66fbPs-vP0&amp;feature=share&amp;list=UURHjeViph9JQiZ9MAqdG0dQ[\/youtube]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Stonewall has <a title=\"Stonewall school report 2012 \" href=\"http:\/\/www.stonewall.org.uk\/at_school\/education_resources\/7957.asp\" target=\"_blank\">reported<\/a> that 99% of lesbian, gay and bisexual people regularly hear &#8220;gay&#8221; used in a negative way and 55% have directly experienced homophobic bullying in schools.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_19505\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\" style=\"width: 480px\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jomec.co.uk\/altcardiff\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Stonewallduellanguageposter.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-19505\" alt=\"Stonewall Cymru will be using recently launched Welsh language posters to help promote the campaign.
