Howling vocals, blues guitar and beatboxing: not your usual musical combination, but British band Heymoonshaker are making waves with this very formula.<\/p>\n

The band \u2013 comprising beatboxer Dave Crowe and guitarist Andy Balcon \u2013 play at The Moon Club on 18 December on the back of phenomenal YouTube success and glowing reviews, described as \u201cdazzling\u201d by Rolling Stone France<\/i> and \u201cintoxicating<\/a>\u201d by Retox Magazine<\/i>.<\/p>\n

Indeed, they first gained attention on the video sharing website, with\u00a0their most popular video amassing close to 16 million views<\/a>. This brought considerable interest their way, leading to a spate of festival appearances across <\/b>the UK and Europe \u2013 including Glastonbury \u2013 and has seen them build a considerable following in France.<\/p>\n

And the band, which describes itself as \u201cbeatbox blues rock, heavy drops and a visual pleasure,\u201d looks to have a brighter future.<\/p>\n
