A pack of friendly monsters created by a North Wales couple is heading to\u00a0Wales Millenium Centre\u00a0(WMC) for an art display starting Friday 6 December.<\/p>\n

This huggable yeti is over 8 feet tall<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n

The Hiber-Nation<\/em>\u00a0includes over twenty 3D creatures created from tweed, wool and flannel from Welsh mills. The concept sketches that these beasties were based on are also on display.<\/p>\n

Louise Evans (who professionally goes by\u00a0Felt Mistress<\/a>) and\u00a0Jonathan Edwards<\/a>\u00a0have shown their work around the world, but this will be their first exhibition on Welsh soil.<\/p>\n

WMC\u2019s Head of Programming Louise Miles-Crust is thrilled to introduce the creativity of this talented Welsh couple to Cardiff Bay.<\/p>\n

\u201cTheir work is both visually stunning and fun, so we hope that art lovers and families alike will enjoy the exhibition,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n
