\"Parsons<\/a>

Parsons have opened their second shop in Cardiff in Rhiwbina, and residents have called the bakery a \u201cwelcome asset\u201d to the Village.<\/p><\/div>\n

The Parsons<\/a> family have just opened their second bakery in Cardiff after unveiling their new shop<\/a> in Rhiwbina Village.<\/p>\n

The artisan bakers offer everything from pastries to pasties, and dedicate themselves to working with local companies and produce<\/a>.<\/p>\n

And with the business off to a flying start, the Rhiwbina staff show no fear of competition from the Greggs<\/a> <\/em>bakery that has also just opened in nearby Llanishen.<\/p>\n

Manager of the bakery Milly Clarke said, \u201cWe\u2019ve had a such rush of customers since opening, especially from school children and the surrounding shops.\u201d<\/p>\n

She also added that the best thing about working in a bakery is being able to transport someone right back to their childhood with a product.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Both the shops in Roath and Rhiwbina appear to be just the beginning of managing director Nick Parsons<\/a>\u2019 plans for a series of bakeries throughout Cardiff.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
