Wahaca, the Mexican market food restaurant, will open its first store outside of London at St David\u2019s on 13 November.<\/p>\n

But before the official opening, a van will be making its way to the city to sample the exotic tastes that the Mexican is famed for.<\/p>\n

Customers can expect classic sharing dishes such as chicken pipian tacos and black beans and cheese quesadillas, as well as main courses \u2013 Platos Fuertes \u2013 like a winter vegetable burrito.<\/p>\n

The chain is co-owned by the 2005 Masterchef winner Thomasina Miers and inspired after her time spent in the South American country.<\/p>\n

She says: \u201cI\u2019m mad about Wales having spent most of my childhood holiday\u2019s at my grandmother\u2019s near Llandeilo.<\/p>\n
