Members run to see their partner, check they\u2019re okay, then run home. Similarly, community runs see a team of joggers help out with projects to improve the local area.<\/p>\n<p>Founder, Ivo Gormley, wanted to redirect the energy wasted in gyms by combining exertion with cause. Many people cite a lack of time or energy to volunteer, but as Hackney branch member, Damien Clarkson, says, \u201cGoodGym is great because it enables a person to combine healthy living with community work and giving something back.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A campaign has started to get GoodGym to Cardiff.
