Dutchy’s Jamaican Jerk Shack is a family run business based in Newport and one of the few restaurants in the area to serve authentic food.<\/p>\n

The restaurant, which has been established for three years, has recently re-located\u00a0to the city centre and opens its doors seven days a week.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The most popular choice on the menu is the goat curry together with the special rum punch, which has contributed to them earning pride of place in the top five restaurants in Newport.<\/p>\n

Beverly Smith, the owner at Dutchy’s said, “We love the support the community has shown us, we\u00a0want to offer the best of the west indies – that involves accurate representation within our food and the look of our restaurant.”<\/p>\n
