Cardiff Geek Party are launching a retro games evening at Gwdih\u0175 on Sunday 30 November.<\/p>\n

The event will include tournaments, prizes and the chance of a selfie printed from a Gameboy.<\/p>\n

The retro gaming business was launched at the end of August by Dan Atkins and his partner Catrin Griffiths.<\/p>\n

Catrin says, \u201cWe started as an idea that Dan had\u00a0– he is the true geek in the partnership! He had been collecting quite a few retro consoles over the years and wanted to do something with them.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe saw that there was very little or anything similar out there and thought it best to make the most of that advantage while we had it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Entry to the event is free whilst tournaments are \u00a32 to enter. Consoles can be played for \u00a31 for every twenty minutes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
