Despite ATW agreeing to revise the wages of their staff, RMT believe that there has been a significant lack of pay rises for train drivers within the company.<\/p>\n
A member of ATW staff who asked not to be identified said, \u201cI\u2019m not striking to cause a problem for commuters; I\u2019m doing it to get what I deserve.\u201d<\/p>\n
