Image: Owen Mathias Photography<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Managing director, Carly Karran, 30, explained that the business was cut down in its prime, having only launched last summer.<\/p>\n<p>The team\u2019s confidence in the dessert has not evaporated, however. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Vv1T8oU1tg0\">Liquid nitrogen<\/a> boils at -196C, and produces an incredible, rich, dense product.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It\u2019s the Rolls Royce of ice-cream\u201d, Karran enthuses.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_27533\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" style=\"width: 416px\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jomec.co.uk\/altcardiff\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/science-cram-ice-cream-480.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-27533 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jomec.co.uk\/altcardiff\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/science-cram-ice-cream-480-416x312.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"416\" height=\"312\" \/><\/a><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Salted Caramel ice-cream is the customer favourite all-year round.
