Cardiff and Vale Health Charity<\/a> (CVHC) will be holding a fun run next month in aid of adults suffering from cystic fibrosis.<\/p>\n

The event is due to take place on 20 December\u00a0at\u00a0the University Hospital Llandough, and will feature a 1K and a 5K run in or around the hospital grounds. Although not mandatory, participants are encouraged to wear fancy dress.<\/p>\n

Speaking about the occasion, CVHC\u2019s Katie Mallam said, \u201cThis is the first time an event like this has been held at the hospital, and it has taken a lot of work to ensure that it is well organised. We\u2019re very excited!\u201d<\/p>\n

Cystic Fibrosis Physical Activity Coach Steve Howard ran the Cardiff Half Marathon in October for the Better Life Appeal<\/p><\/div>\n
