The Sunday roast is a staple of the British diet and traditionally associated with slaving over a hot stove for hours. Cardiff based caterers Ring-a-Roast are trying to make Sunday\u2019s a little more relaxing by saving you the task of preparing it. Delivering between 70 and 100 hot dinners on a Sunday, it seems ordering in your meat and two veg is becoming pretty popular.<\/p>\n

Company Director Jeff Jones says although take-away Sunday roasts are not the norm, they suit young professionals living in small apartments with neither the time nor space to make a roast from scratch.<\/p>\n
