Centrally-located at Windsor Place, Yoga Fever offers a specially heated studio (35C), purpose-built for hot yoga.<\/p>\n

According to founder Catherine Kelleher, the benefits are numerous, as \u201cstress relief, better balance, body awareness and self-awareness are all benefits of most styles of yoga. The heat emphasises all of these as it is a more intense practise.\u201d<\/p>\n

The new studio builds on the success of Yoga Fever\u2019s previous Pontcanna location, with brand-new changing rooms, showers and a chillout area for chatting and catching-up with fellow yogis.<\/p>\n
