The aim is to open up the dialogue around fear and get people talking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It was found that Cardiff residents had varied experiences of fear and opinions were diverse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cYou should often be put out you out of your comfort zone. Comfort zones are fine but it\u2019s fun to push the threshold. But I think fear goes beyond that.\u201d Dave Batt, 33, art gallery owner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cSometimes it can be a good thing, you can conquer your fear and better yourself as a person.\u201d Jane Harrad, 28, hotel supervisor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cFear can hold people back but you also need it to avoid being reckless. If you didn\u2019t give a damn you would go 120 miles per hour in a car!\u201d Glyn Smith, 71, retired. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe width=\"960\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/nU_KDmtqZYI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0An introduction to Phobiac\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Phobiac magazine also covers the biological reasons we feel fear.
