Fortunately, there is a growing crop of Cardiff restaurants that care deeply about the journey the food they serve makes, from the field to the fork.<\/span><\/h2>\n

One such venue is Mimosa Kitchen and Bar<\/a>, in Cardiff Bay (02920 491900). \u2018Local farmers are obviously important to us, as we want to support the local Welsh community\u2019 says Mimosa\u2019s Andrew Hepworth. \u2018It also keeps everyone\u2019s costs down if food isn\u2019t travelling the length and breadth of the country\u2019.<\/p>\n
