Music Geek Monthly presents an immersive listening experience<\/h2>\n

On Saturday December 10, Music Geek Monthly<\/a> is hosting its monthly listening event at Chapter, where a classic and a newly released album, will be played in full.<\/p>\n

It is like a book club, but with music. At a monthly meeting, the members of Music Geek Monthly vote on a classic and a newly released album to be played at a later date, and this month the group will be listening to Wire\u2019s classic 1979 album 154<\/a>, followed by Thee Oh Sees\u2019 Carrion Crawler<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Aside from listening to the albums in full, organiser Andrew Jones explains on the MGM website that at the event, \u201cPeople can review new albums in a \u2018hit, miss or maybe\u2019 format.\u201d\n<\/p>\n

The listening event is free and starts at 15.30 in Chapter Arts<\/a>.<\/p>\n
