Teacher, Anne Watkins of Dance World in Newport, explains: \u201cBallroom is for everyone, regardless of age.\u201d<\/p>\n

She says that over the last five years she has seen more and more young people attending classes which she feels is good news for the ballroom community: \u201cWhile my more senior dancers come to keep active both physically and mentally, younger people come here to socialise in a relaxed and friendly environment.\u201d<\/p>\n
