SKIP Cardiff is now sending the presentation and application forms to meet volunteers. They held a Welcome Meeting on Tuesday at the Large Chemistry lecture theatre, Main building to welcome volunteers for Zambia next summer.
SKIP is a Non-governmental Organization and Registered Charity which aim to help vulnerable children around world.
“We are now looking for anyone, of any degree discipline, who may be interested in volunteering in Zambia next summer. Health-based degree student volunteers are especially valuable”, reported by Gair Rhydd. The apply deadline is Tuesday 30th October.
Mike Kerr, who wants to attend the projects said, “I expect recognition as SKIP’s photographer. I really enjoy myself in helping others. When you can make even the smallest difference to a child’s life, it is so rewarding.”
