Food savvy make sure you have enough room in your stomach for filling authentic gourmets from western and eastern cuisines offered at Cardiff Street Food Festival on 17 November 2012.
In the festival, you will find many street food stalls providing full flavours and ingredients such as Welsh beef burgers, Caribbean food, Thai street food, pizza and including vegetarian cooking.
Deri Reed, known as The Ethical Chef, the organizer, said the idea was to open up a whole new food scene for customers to come and get some fantastic food cooked right in front of them at very honest and transparent prices.
“My involvement has been to bring the traders with similar passions and beliefs together and show Cardiff what we can do.”, he said.
