Keep Fit for Life is led by Monica, a fitness instructor with a background in dance.
“I know a few people that passed away from breast cancer”, she says, but she wanted to try something different, something new, something fresh so thought “Why not try fitness classes?”.
She has already received considerable support. “I’ve got quite a few people that are determined to do the third free class” she acknowledges. However, she stresses that you don’t need to be fit as long as you’ve got the motivation.
The classes involve both exercises and dance, so this is a great way to try out something new. However, it could teach you more than just how to dance – Monica hopes that people will leave thinking anything is possible.
