Second-Hand Business Flourishes

Second-hand business is becoming increasingly popular, especially among students in Cardiff. Before leaving, many graduates clear their used goods and sell those in good qualities online. Also, there are many second-hand stores seize this opportunity to sell goods with more discounts.

October is a perfect time for purchasing second-hands in lower price both in store and on line. It is not only due to midseason, but also because graduates are rushing home.

Taking bicycle as an example, if you buy one for shuttling, the price for a new bike is expensive.

“My bike is £2000 and it will be sold as a second-hand just for £400. If I’m lucky, sometimes I’ll get £1000 back,” said Kyle Saddler, a cycling lover as well as a seller.
