Cardiff winter clothing retails are setting up the special offers to count against dropping sales
The surprisingly warm weather in October and November had played a nasty trick on winter clothing retails all over the UK. The majority of shops have registered a serious loss in selling of winter items.
However, Cardiff retailers seems to be slightly less affected even if number of them have observed a real slowdown.
According to Praveen Kumar Reddy Kasireddy, a senior sales colleague in Peacocks Queen Street, sales are improving since new offers have taken place. “Winter accessories are going good, we registered 40% of raise since Saturday when offers started,” he explains.
Indeed, special offers appear to be a remedy against the gloom. “At original price, people probably wouldn’t buy it,” says M Kasireddy. “But with offers it’s going good.”
