This Boundary Art gallery winter exhibition embodies the harmony between nature and human minds. A total of 32 pieces by 10 artists from the UK and China (with a focus being on Welsh artists) are now on display. Some ceramic works are also being exhibited.

As one of the newest art spaces in the city, Boundary Art, aims at offering an international platform for artists, curators and writers.

Cate Cheng, owner of the gallery, who comes from China, wishes to combine the artistic beauty of the East and the West in this art space. “We are now having contacts with more Chinese artists, some of them are planning to come to Cardiff to attend our activities,” Cate says.

A quiet Chinese style tea garden offering over 20 varieties of Chinese tea is another feature of the gallery. “We are going to hold a series of art lectures in this relaxing space starting in the next year. One possible lecturer is Stella Lyons. We also hope to provide some art workshops and artwork competitions in the near future,” says Christine Clare, the marketing staff of the gallery.
