Free cooking class with Norman Musa

Top Malaysian chef spices things up in Cardiff this month

Norman Musa shares his expertise

Asian cooking is a popular choice in restaurants throughout the country, but are these complex flavours as easy to create in our kitchens at home? One chef certainly thinks so.

This month, celebrity chef Norman Musa takes to the road as part of his Malaysian Kitchen on Tour, which is set to arrive at Mansion House on the October 30.

Head chef at Manchester’s popular Ning restaurant, Norman has decided to share his skills with audiences across the UK.

The class at Mansion House is the last of four sessions led by the chef, which are designed to raise the profile and demonstrate the simplicity of Malaysian cooking.

“I want to show people how easy it is to cook Malaysian food, provided you have the right ingredients,” said Musa.
