Pram Fit is a walk in the park

British Military Fitness has produced Pram Fit, a way to motivate new mums to exercise in Bute Park every Tuesday and Thursday, without the need of a baby sitter or paying expensive gym fees.

Trainer Amanda Williams was in the army for nearly 12 years before her work with BMF and explained how, “We exercise with the prams but also without so we have to park up the babies so they can watch. When we do jumps in the air the babies look at us like ‘what are you doing’ and start laughing”.

The class focuses on exercising in small friendly groups without the use of fancy equipment as Amanda confirmed, “You can make someone as tired or fit as you like with just body weight.”
