BUG comes to Cardiff

Adam & Joe’s Adam Buxton brings sell-out series to Wales for the first time as part of Soundtrack Film Festival

Adam Buxton brings his hilarious musings to Cineworld tomorrow

Tomorrow night Cineworld plays host to BUG: The Evolution of Music Video.

Bringing new and ground-breaking work in the medium to the big screen, Adam Buxton’s show gives unparalleled exposure to established directors and up-and-coming talent working within the microcosm of the music video.

Marcus Lawry of Soundtrack said, “We were very keen to represent music video in our programme this year, and nobody approaches the subject in such an amusing way as Adam Buxton.

“As a show, BUG is phenomenally popular, and it’s criminal that he’s never brought it to Wales. We thought we’d do something about that.”

Launching at the BFI Southbank in 2007 the bi-monthly show has since become unmissable, with screenings selling out six weeks in advance.
