Newport restaurant creates healthy kebab

Healthy kebabs seem like a work of fiction but Turkish restaurant Sen BBQ disposes of myths by using organic farming and Welsh lamb.

Though it might look like your usual kebab house from the outside, Sen BBQ, based in Maindee, Newport. Has created a new playing field in the game of Turkish cuisine.

 

No longer does a kebab come with the following morning guilt. Not only are the ingredients freshly produced, but the restaurant also supports Welsh farming by buying all its lamb from Welsh farmers.

Giving the added cost we wondered why they Chose organic Asima Sen explained, “We make sure the best meat is used for the customers. We are a family orientated restaurant who take pride in the health of our customers and community.”
