A dance club are getting ready to perform at The Gate Theatre later in the month.
DanceFit Cardiff is an organisation providing dance and fitness sessions for young people and adults through the medium of Welsh and English. DanceFit Showcase concerts on 16 and 17 December will display the talents of children from local schools.
This follows on from the group being given the ribbon insport award for disability inclusivity from Sport Cardiff SW.

Programme director, Holly Parker, says that we can expect varied evenings, both performances featuring community classes and dance squads. She says, “Both nights will include a variety of dance styles, including jazz, street, hip-hop, commercial, ballet, contemporary and disco.” A video of last year’s showcase can be viewed below.
